1. Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing from Shiphrelwrkraxae, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Angrerettloven (Right of Withdrawal Act) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

No reason is required to exercise this right. The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you, physically receive the product.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at help-@shiphrelwrkraxae.world, including your order reference and photographs if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return shipment — whichever is earlier.

Refunds will include the original delivery costs (standard rate only), in line with consumer protection regulations.
