1. Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer purchasing from Shiphrelwrkraxae, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Angrerettloven (Right of Withdrawal Act) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
No reason is required to exercise this right. The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you, physically receive the product.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food supplement products where the packaging seal has been broken after delivery, due to hygiene and health protection reasons (Angrerettloven § 22(2)(e) / EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(e)). This means:
- Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days.
- Opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at help-@shiphrelwrkraxae.world within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Include your full name, order reference, and reason for return (optional but appreciated).
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address.
- Package the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging.
- Send the item by a tracked postal service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at help-@shiphrelwrkraxae.world, including your order reference and photographs if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return shipment — whichever is earlier.
Refunds will include the original delivery costs (standard rate only), in line with consumer protection regulations.
